Using Loyvi

These terms govern use of Loyvi’s restaurant marketing software. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to create a restaurant or staff account and have authority to act for that business.

Current access is free and includes all current restaurant features within service allowances. No payment card, paid subscription, or $9.90 Trial Pass is activated by signup. Email sending requires a verified restaurant contact email, confirmed subscribers, and approved content. Payments await approval. Free access will not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

Your account and restaurant

Keep your login and staff invitation links secure. Provide accurate restaurant details, including a real contact email and physical operating address. You are responsible for authorized staff actions and for removing access when staff leave. Do not access another restaurant’s information, impersonate a business, resell guest data, or interfere with security controls.

Restaurant offers and redemptions

Each restaurant creates and is responsible for its offers, eligibility, minimum spends, expiry dates, restrictions, and fulfillment. Guests claim coupons for free; a coupon is not a purchase from Loyvi. Unless the offer says otherwise, each coupon can be redeemed once. The restaurant applies any discount in its own register and records redemption in Loyvi.

Issued coupons retain the terms saved at claim time. Changing an active offer does not rewrite previously issued coupons. Coupon links should be treated as private. Loyvi does not operate a restaurant, accept payment for a guest’s meal, or guarantee the restaurant’s fulfillment of an offer.

Marketing permissions and content

Only send to contacts with appropriate, confirmed restaurant-specific permission. Do not upload purchased, scraped, or unauthorized lists. Honor opt-outs, provider suppression lists, and applicable marketing requirements. Provide accurate sender details and a real physical mailing address. Campaigns and weekly sending require your approval and remain subject to provider and service limits.

Drafting tools do not approve your offer or validate every claim in an AI response. You must review copy, business facts, prices, terms, and eligibility before use. AI may make mistakes. Template drafts remain available without an AI connection.

Reports and service limits

Dashboard figures reflect records in Loyvi. Recorded coupon sales are based on staff-entered order amounts and do not establish additional revenue, profit, or guaranteed results. Free access supports one restaurant and an owner plus two staff members. A campaign supports up to 20 recipients, with 1,000 marketing attempts per restaurant per 31-day period, subject to shared service allowances. Reasonable abuse controls apply.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We work to provide a useful service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, marketing performance, or error-free operation. We may restrict abuse, security threats, unauthorized messaging, or violations of these terms. You can request account closure and data handling assistance through support.

Payments and changes

The pricing page describes planned paid products while checkout awaits approval. Before introducing paid checkout, we will present applicable billing, cancellation, and refund terms. Free access never authorizes a charge. We may update these terms; the current effective date appears above.
