No charges for current free access

Loyvi is currently free to use within the service allowances. We do not collect payment or activate paid trials or subscriptions. There are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel for billing purposes.

Planned paid products

The Trial Pass, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual prices shown on our pricing page are planned. Checkout is unavailable while payment approval is pending. A purchase-specific refund and cancellation policy will be presented before paid checkout opens. A free account will never be charged automatically.

Restaurant purchases and discounts

Loyvi does not sell meals or coupons to guests. Questions about a restaurant’s food purchase, discount application, or offer fulfillment should be directed to that restaurant. Your rights regarding the restaurant’s sale are separate from your use of Loyvi.

Unexpected charges or questions

If you believe a charge relates to Loyvi, contact us through the support form. Provide the date and description, but never send full payment card numbers, security codes, or passwords.
