Do guests need an account?
No. Guests can claim a free coupon with their email. Signing up for marketing emails is optional and unchecked by default.
Do I need a new POS system?
No. Your team checks the coupon on a phone, applies the discount in your own register, and marks it as redeemed in Loyvi.
Is the Beta really free?
Yes. No card is required and there are no automatic charges. The Beta currently supports restaurant setup, QR offers, claims, redemptions, guest records, and email drafts.
Can I send marketing emails today?
Live delivery and weekly automation are being prepared. You can draft, preview, and save emails now. Sending will only open after provider and sender verification.
Does my table QR change when I change the offer?
No. Your restaurant URL stays the same. Change your active offer without reprinting the QR. Existing coupons keep their original terms.
